I'm not certain how many fan-made C-3PO's are out there, but it is a sight to behold.

Chris as C-3PO appears to have walked right out of the movie screen. Unbelievably convincing, in ALL respects! Some behind the scenes intel: It takes 1-2 wranglers to help Chris adorn the 3PO suit. It is not a solo endeavor!
