Holovids

From time to time, a holovid may be produced and submitted to higher authorities back in our home galaxy far, far away. Presented here for your amusement... most will have no rehearsals. This is simply how we are in the field. All clips in QuickTime (.mov) movie format, unless otherwise noted.

LATE NIGHT with David Letterman - During our appearance at San Diego's ComicCon 2001 Expo, members of the Southern California, Northern California, and Mountain Garrisons, along with the Vegas Squad were able to take part in a bit that was featured on LATE NIGHT Monday night, July 30 2001. The bit was available for viewing over the Internet the following day at cbs.com, LATE NIGHT section, entitled the "Big Show Highlight"! The file (really small window) is archived at cbs.com; select the Late Night link. CLick on DAVE TV and within the New Media window you will find a listing of Clips featured on Late Night. The feature is titled "Mark and Mike at Comic-Con".

ROGUE - ROGUE the movie was produced late 2000 (it's inception was much earlier than that, of course). I was fortunate enough to be a Trooper in the indoor shots, yet it looks like the Troopers outside had all the fun (in 90 degree F temperatures). Additional information available in the FIELD REPORTS section, Report #10. Or, go to theforce.net site (ROGUE page) and dload the trailer & movie. (Trailer - 1:17 / 4MB; Movie - 30:00 / 90MB)

Sneak Preview! - The So. Cal. Garrison took to the desert wastelands to track down a traitorous informant. The action was caught on a digital recording device. This clip previews the credits for the upcoming fan-made film produced by TR-095. (1.4Mb)

There's One! - Three troopers find a uhhh, target (a guy reading a book under a tree).
Special effects yet to be added. >grin< T'was the end of the day... my armor was falling apart! (553kb)

Stormtroopers at USC - Two Stormtroopers (TK103 and TK861), a Royal Guard (TR-095), and Lord Vader (Dave) interrupt a lecture to remove a Rebel uprising during a lecture series - based upon George Lucas' impact in the film industry. Too cool. (10.2meg) previously hosted by TheForce.net

Ultra Cheezie Flash - In an attempt to learn MacroMedia's Flash, I worked on a really cheezie alternative to Chewie in the Death Star. Another work in progress. Flash format. (184kb)

Sabre Duel - Jeff (TR-095) and Cass (TK103) practice lightsaber technique. (210kb)
